- 1 kg Pork Liempo, sliced
- 2 sachets 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
- 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
- Sauce: Combine -
- 2 tbsp MAGGI Savor Barbeque
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 small onion minced
- 1 small cucumber diced
- Marinate liempo in MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper for about 1 hour.
- Grill over hot coals until browned and crisp then dice.
- Toss into prepared sauce and serve right away.
