How to Cook Adobong Pasta:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 piece bay leaf
- 1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 250 g spaghetti cooked
- Sauté garlic in cooking oil.
- Add in soy sauce, peppercorn, sugar, bay leaf, MAGGI Flavor-It Meat Powder Chicken and water. Mix well.
- Then add in vinegar. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat.
- Toss in spaghetti noodles.
- Top with fried garlic chips if desired.
- Partner this pasta with green salad to complete your meal and add color to your plate.
