- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 1 lb pound ground beef
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sweet peas (optional)
- 1 cup potatoes cubed (optional)
- 3 ripe plantain bananas sliced and fried in oil
- 4 eggs cooked sunny side up
- 4 cups cooked rice
Preparation
2. In a large serving platter, arrange cooked rice with meat in the center. Top with fried eggs and surround side of platter with fried bananas.
