Gulaman in Coconut Milk Recipe

How to prepare:

Boil agar-agar (gulaman) in enough water after washing off all particles of dust. Strain well when gulaman has dissolvee in boiling water and set aside to cool and set.
Pass gulaman chunks througg papaya grater or chop into small cubes. Serve in glasses filled with iced coconut milk with sugar to taste.
